At Lisa & David Melbourne, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing (Dispatch)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

Delivery delays do not automatically entitle customers to cancel their order or request compensation, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


3. Shipping Method & Origin

To reduce unnecessary waste, minimize overproduction, and lower our environmental impact, many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted international fulfillment partners rather than from a local warehouse.

Depending on the product ordered, your package may be shipped directly from our supplier in China.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on factors such as:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

The applicable shipping costs will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking – Customer Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided.

Depending on your local carrier, your parcel may be:

  • Delivered directly to your address.
  • Redirected to a local pickup point.
  • Left in a secure location where permitted.

If your parcel is delivered to a pickup location, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

If your shipment is taking longer than expected or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us first at info@lisadavidmelbourne.com. We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue before any payment dispute or chargeback is initiated.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@lisadavidmelbourne.com. While we will make every reasonable effort to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Once the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, the delivery is considered complete. Lisa & David Melbourne cannot be held responsible for packages that are reported as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or left unattended at the delivery location.
